Hello Coach Michele , I’m so eager to start my business here in Massachusetts. I have a several ideas for my home care agency. I’ve worked in the medical field for close to twenty years currently working in one of the city’s busiest clinics. And I see the concrete needs of the patients I serve. Over the years I’ve imagined working in a position that would allow me to connect services to clients according to their healthcare, financial or housing needs. After thinking about how I wanted to design my agency, I compared notes to what you and a few other folks were saying about the start up for my agency. Seems like I’m on the right track. What’s making things a little easier for me is my genuine desire to help people. I really care about them and have a compassionate heart. I would give my clients the same service I want for my loving parents. I would give them top notch service and my workers would understand my agency’s mission completely before hiring. I could go on forever about how I want to design my business I’m so excited. I wanted to participate in your training. Will you upload to upload to utube? I hope so. Thanks for sharing !
