UPDATE: GTA Online patch 1.06 has fixed this version of the glitch! Here's an updated version of the GTA Online infinite money glitch
1) Set Spawn Location to Last Location
2) Take any personal vehicle to Los Santos Customs LSC that can be sold. The Ubermacht Oracle with every upgrade is the most profitable car to use for this glitch.
3) Sell the car
4) Quickly Pause, go to the Online tab, then Swap Character
5) Choose your character
6) You should be back in your car that you just sold, ready to sell the car again and again!
The Ubermacht Oracle is the most effective car to use for this glitch.
If you get the "We're not buying cars right now" error message from Los Santos Customs, wait 48 minutes (2 days in game time) and try again.

Man! Is this works ONLY with PERSONAL vehicles??? I can’t do it with other cars…
For people having trouble getting switched back to their garages, after you set your last location near LSC you have to press the down button on the d-pad so you can select either Mike, Franklin or Trevor, pick any of the 3 guys and switch back to Story Mode, you don’t need to do anything there, that it’s just so the Rockstar Cloud saves your last location, right after you are in Story mode, instantly switch back to Online Mode and you’ll spawn near LSC, if you never do this you will ALWAYS get spawned at your garage even if you set your location correctly outside LSC 😉
